How Do I Get Examined?
An appointment via MHRS (182, www.mhrs.gov.tr or the MHRS mobile application) is required for an outpatient examination. See the Book an Appointment page for the steps.
- Come to our hospital with your ID before your appointment time and register at the Patient Admission desk.
- Wait for your turn in the waiting area of the relevant clinic.
- If the dentist considers it necessary, you will be referred to the Radiology unit; X-rays are taken on the same day.
- After the examination, your treatment appointment is given within the periods stated on the Appointment Times page.
- For treatments requiring specialist care, you will be referred to the relevant specialist clinic.
Emergencies
In case of acute toothache, swelling or trauma, you may apply to our on-call clinic without an appointment. The on-call clinic is open on weekdays between 16:00 and 08:00 and 24 hours a day at weekends.
