He was born in 1991 in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015, and also completed the Justice Vocational School at Anadolu University and a Master's degree in Health Management at Istanbul Arel University. Between 2015 and 2018 he worked as a dentist at the Ministry of Health Bitlis Oral and Dental Health Center. Between 2018 and 2019 he worked as a dentist at the Ministry of Justice Bitlis E-Type Penitentiary Institution. Between 2019 and 2020 he worked as a dentist at the Ministry of Health Istanbul Pendik Oral and Dental Health Hospital. Between 2020 and 2021 he worked at the Ministry of Health Istanbul Kartal District Health Directorate. Between 2021 and 2023 he worked as a dentist and Deputy Chief Physician at the Ministry of Health Istanbul Pendik Oral and Dental Health Hospital. As of 11.09.2023 he has been serving as Chief Physician at the Ministry of Health Istanbul Ataşehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital, a position he continues to hold.
