ON-CALL DENTAL CLINIC – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When is the on-call clinic open?
On weekdays between 16:00 and 08:00, and 24 hours a day at weekends.
2. Do I need an appointment?
No. You can apply without an appointment after registering at the Patient Admission desk with your identity card.
3. In which situations should I apply to the on-call clinic?
Severe toothache
Swelling of the face or inside the mouth
Dental or jaw trauma, broken teeth
Bleeding that does not stop after a tooth extraction
4. Are all treatments carried out at the on-call clinic?
The on-call clinic provides emergency interventions to control pain and infection. For further treatment, an appointment must be booked with the relevant clinic via MHRS.
5. When should I call 112?
In cases such as rapidly spreading swelling of the face and neck or difficulty in breathing or swallowing, call the 112 Emergency Call Centre without delay.
