Job Definition

The IT Department has been established within our institution to keep the Hospital Information Management System (HBYS) running over the network in an efficient and effective manner capable of meeting requirements, and to develop it as needed, by coordinating software and hardware services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the continuity, control, and network management of the hospital automation system (HBYS).
• Responding immediately to any malfunctions that may occur in the system, and directing relevant technical staff when necessary.
• Carrying out the tracking, maintenance, and inventory records of all licensed software and hardware belonging to the institution.
• Carrying out data security, regular backup, and information security processes in accordance with relevant legislation.
• Monitoring the uninterrupted operation of integration with MHRS, e-Nabız, and other Ministry of Health systems.
• Supporting the processing of personal health data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation.
