RULES TO PATIENT A PATIENT VISITOR
. Patient visits to our hospital; weekdays - between 13:00 and 14:00
hours.
- Visitors under the age of 16 may visit the parent's admission
counterpart by obtaining permission from the physician and filling in the
visitor acceptance form.
- It is forbidden to give food, beverage (including water) to the
patient who goes out of operation except for doctor and nurse information.
- To prevent the risk of infection, the patient is not bedridden for
the purpose.
- Flammable, burning, flammable substances (knives, guns, etc.) are
not available.
RULES TO BE TAKEN IN THE APPLIANCES
- It is determined by the doctor of the patient whether or not the
patient needs a companion. The companion is limited to one person. The number
of physical and handicapped companions can be two.
- No food or drink is given to the patient except for the knowledge of
the Doctor and the Nurse.
- In terms of safety, the bracelet on the patient's arm is not removed
until it leaves the hospital.
- Keep your place and goods clean and do not hurt.
- Patients who are indicated to have no disadvantages in their visit
by the physician in the clinic or in the hospital can not be left alone and can
be shown with a notice to the service nurse.
- If the information you want to tell about your hospital after the
hospitalization procedure (medicine and food allergies etc.), the responsible
physician / nurse is absolutely notified.
- Compulsory medication to be used is informed to the service nurse
and delivered.
- The companion has to comply with all the rules of the hospital.
- Your opinions, suggestions, thanks and complaints about our
services; suggestions and wishes in our hospital, may apply to patient rights
unit.
